Grow-out uses large earthen ponds with paddlewheel aeration and pond oxygen monitoring, fed from integrated feed mills, and supported by dedicated hatchery and fingerling nurseries. Processing lines with IQF freezers and cold-chain export logistics close the value chain, and HACCP / BAP certification governs residue compliance for export markets.
