FishMatch Group is not, and does not act as:
- a fish farm, shrimp farm, hatchery or aquaculture operator;
- a seafood producer or processor;
- a veterinarian, aquatic-animal health specialist or biosecurity auditor;
- an engineering, biological, water-quality or environmental consultant;
- an equipment manufacturer, distributor, agent or installer;
- a logistics, freight-forwarding, cold-chain, customs or inspection provider;
- an insurer, broker of record or claims handler;
- a lender, bank, credit provider, investment advisor or regulated financial institution;
- a party to any supply, engineering, EPC, construction, installation, service, insurance or financing contract.
FishMatch Group is not responsible for fish or shrimp survival, mortality, biological performance, feed conversion, growth or harvest yields, water quality, disease prevention, biosecurity, environmental compliance, permitting outcomes, production economics or any other biological, technical or commercial result.
2. Third-party technical & biological information
Product specifications, biological data, drawings, certifications, warranties, prices, lead times, delivery schedules, imagery and Supplier profiles originate from Suppliers, EPC contractors, technology providers, financing partners or other third parties and may change without notice. FishMatch Group does not independently verify, endorse, guarantee or warrant any third-party information. Buyers remain solely responsible for engineering validation, biological management, veterinary supervision, water quality, biosecurity, environmental compliance, permitting and commercial due diligence before entering into any agreement.
3. Informational content only
Articles, guides, calculators, comparison tools, planning templates, buyer / supplier guides, country intelligence and any other resources on this website are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not, and do not constitute:
- professional engineering advice for RAS, ponds, cages, hatcheries, processing lines or cold-chain systems;
- aquaculture consulting, farm management, biosecurity or veterinary guidance;
- environmental impact assessment or regulatory compliance advice;

Any financing opportunity depends on project characteristics and remains subject to independent approval by the participating financial institution, development bank, export credit agency or private financing partner.
6. AI content disclaimer
Portions of the Platform — including calculators, insights, summaries, translations, buyer / supplier matching, RFQ enrichment, planning suggestions and chat responses — are generated or assisted by artificial-intelligence models. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or misleading. It does not constitute engineering, biological, veterinary, legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Users must independently verify AI output before relying on it.
7. Third-party services & external links
The Platform may reference or integrate with independent third parties (Suppliers, financiers, standards bodies, government programs, hosting, analytics, email, messaging, AI models, KYC providers, publications and other websites). FishMatch Group does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security, terms, pricing or content. Inclusion of a reference or link does not imply endorsement.
