Nature of the platform
FishMatch Group is an independent B2B marketplace that connects commercial buyers with independent third-party aquaculture equipment manufacturers, distributors, hatcheries, feed producers, EPC contractors, technology providers, logistics providers and financing partners. FishMatch Group is not a fish farm, shrimp farm, hatchery, seafood producer, aquaculture operator, veterinarian, engineering consultant, water-quality consultant, equipment manufacturer, distributor, installer, logistics provider, insurer, broker of record or regulated financial institution, and is not a party to any supply, engineering, EPC, insurance or financing contract concluded between users and third parties.
Governing law and exclusive jurisdiction
Use of this website and the Platform is governed by the published legal policies — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Accessibility Statement — and by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus (Nicosia) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Platform, save that mandatory local consumer-protection or data-protection law of the user's country of residence continues to apply where required.
