How the marketplace works
- 1. Confidential intakeSponsor submits scope, capacity, site and budget. Identity and financials stay under NDA.
- 2. Bankable packageWe prepare a class-3 CAPEX, technical spec and bankability checklist so every bidder sees the same brief.
- 3. EPC shortlist2–4 project-matched EPC partners with matching category and country experience are invited to bid.
- 4. Like-for-like proposalsCoordinated response window with a standard cost breakdown, schedule and warranty terms.
- 5. Financing intro (optional)If needed, we introduce DFIs, leasing or impact-fund partners once the package is ready.
- 6. Award & handoverSponsor selects the EPC. FishMatch remains available for owner's-engineer support if requested.

- Willingness to warranty scope for a defined defect-liability period
