Partner program

Aquaculture consultants partner program

You keep the client. We do the supplier sourcing, the RFQ text and the quotation comparison behind the scenes — on fish, shrimp, RAS, hatchery, processing and feed projects.

Short answer

How does the FishMatch aquaculture consultant partner program work?

A consultant sends one client project. FishMatch Group fixes the design basis, issues one identical RFQ to every invited supplier — including the consultant's own — and returns a like-for-like comparison with a written scope-gap list. The consultant presents it and keeps the client relationship.

Application fee:
None; commercial terms agreed per project in writing
Client contact:
Never, unless the consultant asks in writing
Exclusivity:
None; no volume commitment
Typical project size:
From roughly USD $250,000 equipment scope

How to join — five steps

  1. 1 · Apply

Send your discipline, the regions you work in and, if you have one, a live client project. The form below takes a few minutes and goes to a person, not a queue.

  2. 2 · Short call

We agree how you want to work: whether you stay the only client-facing party, whether we may join technical calls, and whether an NDA is needed before anything is shared.

  3. 3 · First project

You send one project. We fix the design basis with you, prepare the RFQ text, and issue the same scope to every invited supplier — including suppliers you nominate.

  4. 4 · Comparison back to you

You receive a like-for-like comparison on identical scope and incoterms, a written scope-gap list per offer, and a summary you can present without supplier identities.

  5. 5 · Ongoing

If it worked, you send the next project. Nothing is exclusive and there is no volume commitment.

What partners get

  • Supplier sourcing across fish, shrimp, RAS, hatchery, processing and feed equipment
  • RFQ preparation: one scope, one incoterm, one currency for every bidder
  • Quotation normalisation with a written scope-gap list per offer
  • Your own suppliers added to the same RFQ package, not replaced
  • Client identity withheld from suppliers throughout
  • White-label summaries you can present under your own brand
  • Free planning tools: RFQ readiness score, sizing and cost calculators
  • Introductions to independent financing providers when the client asks

Terms we hold ourselves to

  • Your client relationship stays with you. We do not contact your client unless you ask us in writing.
  • FishMatch Group is not a consultancy, EPC contractor, manufacturer, importer, broker, lender or investment advisor.
  • We do not certify, license or rank consultants, and we publish no consultant or supplier names, sites or contacts.
  • Supplier selection is made by you and your client. We prepare the comparison; we do not decide.
  • Calculator and planning outputs are estimates for scoping and RFQ preparation, not engineering design.
  • Financing introductions are to independent providers. Approval, pricing and terms are theirs alone.

Partner program questions

What is the FishMatch aquaculture consultant partner program?

A working arrangement where FishMatch Group handles supplier sourcing, RFQ preparation and quotation comparison behind the scenes while the consultant stays client-facing. The consultant sends a project scope; FishMatch returns a normalised comparison the consultant presents as their own work.

Does the partner program cost the consultant anything?

There is no subscription or application fee for consultants. Commercial terms for a specific project are agreed in writing before work starts, so nothing is open-ended.

Will you contact my client directly?

No, not unless you ask us to in writing. By default the client is never contacted, and their identity is withheld from suppliers throughout the RFQ.

Can I add my own suppliers to the RFQ?

Yes. Suppliers you nominate are added to the same RFQ package and receive the identical scope text, so their offer is directly comparable with the others.

What project size does this suit?

Commercial fish and shrimp projects, typically from around USD $250,000 of equipment scope. Smaller projects are usually better served by the free planning tools and the public guides.

Which consultants can apply?

Aquaculture, fish farm, shrimp, RAS, hatchery, pond, biofloc, processing and cold-chain, aquafeed, procurement, EPC and government or NGO project consultants.
