Illustrative shrimp harvest sampling at a commercial farm

FishMatch Group · Producer invitation

An invitation for fish, shrimp and aquaculture producers

FishMatch Group invites commercial fish and shrimp farms, hatcheries, seafood processors and aquaculture equipment manufacturers to register for qualified, staff-mediated buyer opportunities. Registration is free. Producers pay a success fee only when a transaction closes: 3% of the final value up to and including USD 10 million, or 2.5% of the full value above USD 10 million up to and including USD 100 million — excluding VAT, which is added separately.

Who we invite

Shrimp farms and processors

Vannamei and other farmed shrimp — fresh, frozen, HOSO, HLSO, PD or value-added — with stated grading, glaze and packing.

Fish farms and processors

Tilapia, pangasius, seabass, seabream, salmonids, barramundi and other farmed fish — whole, gutted, fillets or portions.

Hatcheries

Shrimp post-larvae, fingerlings, broodstock and eggs, with health certification and transport capability stated for each lot.

Equipment and system manufacturers

RAS, ponds, cages, aeration, oxygen, water treatment, feeding, hatchery systems and turnkey farm packages.

What producers receive

  • Qualified opportunities only: our team checks scope, specification, volume, timing and budget before you see a request. Managed opportunities start at USD 250,000.
  • A clear RFQ with requirements — product or system scope, specification, quantities, delivery window, documents requested and commercial terms to quote.
  • One coordinated channel: questions, clarifications, negotiation and transaction steps run through our team, so you answer one organised request instead of scattered messages.
  • Buyer confidentiality on both sides: buyer contact details are not published or released for direct contact, and your company details are not shared without review.

From buyer RFQ to closing

How a transaction works

  1. A buyer submits an RFQ. Our team qualifies scope, specification, volume, timing and budget — managed opportunities start at USD 250,000.
  2. We organise qualified requests into a clear RFQ with requirements and invite suitable producers privately. Registration alone does not guarantee an invitation or a buyer.
  3. You respond to our team with your offer, supporting evidence and terms.
  4. Our team handles every introduction, communication and transaction-coordination step between buyer and producer.
  5. If the transaction closes, the success fee applies to its final value. If it does not close, nothing is owed.

Mediated contact only. Buyer contact details are never published or released for direct contact. All buyer–producer communication runs through our team.

Optional financing assistance. Our team can help buyers or producers look at ways to finance or scale a transaction and, where appropriate, refer them to Ron Maimon. A referral or any sharing of your information happens only with your separate consent. Financing is subject to assessment and third-party terms; we do not promise financing, approval, rates or availability.

What we never do

  • No registration, listing, upfront or monthly fee — and nothing is owed on unsuccessful deals.
  • No paid ranking: producers cannot pay for shortlist position.
  • No direct buyer contact details: introductions and communication run through our team.
  • No promised buyers, volumes, prices or approvals — registration is reviewed, not a guarantee of opportunities.

Producer questions

Who can accept this invitation?

Commercial fish and shrimp farms, hatcheries, seafood processors and aquaculture equipment or system manufacturers that can supply buyer requests of USD 250,000 or more. Each registration is reviewed by our team.

What does it cost a producer to register?

Nothing. There is no registration, listing, upfront or monthly fee. A producer pays a success fee only when a transaction closes.

How is the success fee calculated?

On the final value of each closed transaction: 3% up to and including USD 10,000,000, and 2.5% of the full transaction value above USD 10,000,000 up to and including USD 100,000,000. Above USD 100,000,000 our team agrees written terms. For example, a USD 5,000,000 transaction carries a USD 150,000 fee and a USD 20,000,000 transaction a USD 500,000 fee.

Is VAT included in the fee?

No. All success-fee rates and examples exclude VAT. Applicable Cyprus VAT is added separately on top of the success fee at the rate legally applicable at the time of invoicing.

Do buyers pay this fee?

No. The success fee is a producer-side fee. Buyers do not pay FishMatch a sourcing fee.

Can I contact the buyer directly?

No. Our team handles every buyer–producer introduction, communication and transaction-coordination step. Buyer contact details are not published or released for direct contact.

Can FishMatch help with financing a larger transaction?

Optionally. Our team can help buyers or producers look at ways to finance or scale a transaction and, where appropriate, refer them to Ron Maimon — only with separate consent. Financing is subject to assessment and third-party terms; we do not promise financing, approval, rates or availability.
