Manufacturer register

Register your company in the FishMatch supplier directory. Listing is free, takes a few minutes, and you can update your company information at any time with your private management link.

FishMatch helps prepare aquaculture RFQs and source relevant suppliers. Supplier listings are for independent research and reference, not automatic matching — buyer follow-up and supplier selection are handled by FishMatch.

FishMatch Group and the other Global B2B Group platforms are committed to conducting their own activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. FishMatch facilitates sourcing and RFQs; it does not manufacture, process, export or sell the listed products and does not grant regulatory approval. Requirements differ by product and by origin, destination and transit country. As supplier, producer or exporter, you are responsible, under applicable law, for ensuring that what you offer and supply meets the product, safety, quality, licensing, certification, labelling, traceability, sanitary, export, customs and documentation requirements that apply in the origin and destination countries — for fish, shrimp and live aquatic animals this can include health certificates and catch or production records. Capability details

These answers help our team review your capability against real buyer requirements. Nothing here is published automatically.

Capability submission does not guarantee listing, RFQs, buyer introductions, orders or contracts. Every submission is reviewed by a human before any buyer contact.

Producer-side success fee

What producers pay — only when a transaction closes

FishMatch Group is buyer-first: buyers pay no sourcing fee. Producers — fish and shrimp farms, hatcheries, seafood processors and aquaculture equipment manufacturers — pay a success fee only on each transaction that closes.

Final transaction valueProducer success fee (excl. VAT)
Up to and including USD 10,000,0003% of the transaction value
Above USD 10,000,000 up to and including USD 100,000,0002.5% of the full transaction value
Above USD 100,000,000No published rate — written terms from our team
  • Charged per closed transaction, on the final transaction value, using the bracket that full value falls into.
  • No registration, listing, upfront or monthly fee. If no transaction closes, nothing is owed.
  • This is a producer-side fee. It is not charged to buyers.
  • All rates, examples and calculator results exclude VAT. Applicable Cyprus VAT is added separately on top of the success fee, at the rate legally applicable at the time of invoicing.

How a transaction works

How a transaction works

  1. A buyer submits an RFQ. Our team qualifies scope, specification, volume, timing and budget — managed opportunities start at USD 250,000.
  2. We organise qualified requests into a clear RFQ with requirements and invite suitable producers privately. Registration alone does not guarantee an invitation or a buyer.
  3. You respond to our team with your offer, supporting evidence and terms.
  4. Our team handles every introduction, communication and transaction-coordination step between buyer and producer.
  5. If the transaction closes, the success fee applies to its final value. If it does not close, nothing is owed.

Mediated contact only. Buyer contact details are never published or released for direct contact. All buyer–producer communication runs through our team.

Optional financing assistance. Our team can help buyers or producers look at ways to finance or scale a transaction and, where appropriate, refer them to Ron Maimon. A referral or any sharing of your information happens only with your separate consent. Financing is subject to assessment and third-party terms; we do not promise financing, approval, rates or availability.

How does FishMatch Group source suppliers for this requirement?

You submit one structured request. We translate it into a technical RFQ, run it against qualified manufacturers and integrators in the relevant categories, and return normalised quotations you can compare side by side on scope, lead time and total cost of ownership.

Do buyers see supplier names during the sourcing process?

No. Supplier identities stay confidential during discovery and evaluation. You receive anonymised, comparable technical and commercial packages, and introductions happen only after both sides are qualified and agree to proceed.

Supplier selection criteria

How should a buyer compare aquaculture suppliers?

Compare on evidence, not on presentation: delivered projects at a similar scale and climate, engineering support during design, lead time commitments, spare-part and service availability in your region, certification and testing documentation, payment and warranty terms, and willingness to quote against your specification rather than substituting a catalogue package.

What are the warning signs in a supplier quotation?

Treat these as review triggers: no itemised scope, guaranteed biological or financial performance, no named delivery terms or lead time, no spare-parts or service statement, unclear responsibility for installation and commissioning, and equipment sizing that does not reference your water temperature, oxygen demand or biomass targets.

How does FishMatch handle supplier selection?

FishMatch is an independent sourcing service, not a manufacturer or reseller. The buyer submits one structured project request; our team reviews it first and only then contacts suitable suppliers on the buyer's behalf, presenting their responses through FishMatch in a comparable format. Buyers do not contact suppliers directly and nothing is sent automatically. The final choice stays with the buyer.
