Feed demand is seasonal — sizing to yearly average leaves you short in the harvest window. Add 25–35% headroom on the extrusion line, not on drying.

Never omit vacuum coating on shrimp or premium feed
High-oil formulations are impossible to hold on the pellet without vacuum coating. Skipping it destroys margins on the exact SKUs that pay the CAPEX back.
